Pizza / Home Made Pizza

Can you believe you can make pizza at home which is more delicious than Dominos or pizza hut pizza ? Yes of course you can make and trust me it will be too good than in these  restaurants . All you need is convection oven in home and pizza ingredients . So lets start with ingredients ,,,,,,

Ingredients :-
  1. Pizza bases
  2. Pizza sauce
  3. cooking oil
  4. Mozzarella Cheese
  5. Table salt
  6. Chilly flakes
  7. Oregano seasoning
  8. Paneer / sweet corn / apple tomato / onion / capsicum/ pizza chilli
Method :-
Take a pizza base apply oil on its complete edge with fingers thin layer is enough . Now spread pizza sauce on base .

Grate the cheese and spread on base .

In a pan add 1 tsp of oil and fry vegetables except paneer  (you can use 2 types or all vegetables ) fry for 2-3 min now turn off the stove , add paneer sprinkle little salt on veggies and mix well (this method is my idea usually they add directly i gave a twist ).

Spread veggies on base . Preheat oven at 200 c (in oven only instruction  will be given like ours is pizza -56 , so we have to press 56 and then press start . )

Once preheated it will give beep sound then place pizza on pizza stand and keep inside oven and press start (according to our oven , check yours in instructions) , it will take 5 min to get cooked , if you want roasted edges then after its done press grill button and set 1 -2 min and press start (its according to ours  - Panasonic).

Thats it pizza is done , take out pizza carefully using a napkin or gloves  as it will be very hot , Now sprinkle seasoning , chilly flakes and cut it by using sharp knife or pizza cutter , yummy  and delicious pizza is ready to eat , enjoy :) .

Do try and let me know your feedback , plz comment below .

PULKA / FULKA / PHULKA / SOFT CHAPATHI / PUFFED INDIAN BREAD

" Pulka " is a soft Indian bread , it looks like poori . To avoid oil in chapathi we can go for pulka . Even though we don't put oil to it pulka's are very soft to eat , very light too. You can also make them on direct stove , but using pulka holder makes the work easy .  This is most common in restaurants & as well as homes  (in my home almost alternate days :) ) . Do try and enjoy these softest phulka's .

Ingredients :-

  • Wheat flour              2 cup
  • Salt                          1/2 tsp
  • Water                       1/2 - 1 cup
  • Curd / butter milk    1/2 cup (optional)
  • Oil                          1- 2 tsp
  • Rice flour  for rolling pulka

  • Method:-
Take a wide bowl to knead atta , add wheat flour , salt  mix well . If you are adding curd or butter milk (it gives very soft texture to pulka / chapati) then reduce the water quantity to 1/2 cup , other wise 1 cup is needed , you can add 1-2 tsp of oil while mixing but i don't as i add curd it gives softness then why to increase calorie  . Mix well and knead well to make dough .
Close the dough with a lid , let it set for 10-15 min.
pulka , fulka , soft chapathi , indian soft bread

Heat thava for 2-3 min , place the rolled pulka on thava let it cook for 15 -20 seconds , flip n cook again 15 sec's .

Immediately place the Pulka on pulka holder , keep high flame  just 3-4 sec it will fluff up .

Turn & cook next side too  , just 3-4 sec  it will take to cook , turn off the stove  . You will see brown spots on pulka which shows it is done  .

So now hot -hot soft pulka is ready to serve , serve with curry .
