"Aloo Paratha " is a delicious , filling food you can have it with any curry or with ghee or curd it tastes good . It is famous dish in all restaurants . Good change to have it from regular chapathy .

Ingredients:-
For stuffing
Mix wheat floor , oil , salt by adding water little by little and make smooth dough close a lid & keep aside .
Pressure cook the potatoes for 3 vishals , after cooling peel them and mash them nicely .
Now add chopped onions , chopped coriander , grated ginger , salt , coriander powder , jeera powder, garam masala , aamchur powder and mix nicely .
Make small orange size balls from dough , roll it to small round shape , fill 1 tbsp of stuff and close it.
Now slowly roll it using wheat flour or maida as much as u can , it will be little thick only.
Now heat the thava , spread little oil place paratha on thava and sprinkle little oil again , cook both side till u get golden colour spots like below.
Thats it yummy , hot hot paratha is ready to serve , serve with curd, chutney , saagu , curry, chutney powder , ghee and enjoy :) .
