- Cashews 4-5

Cooking time : 15 min

Method:-
Take a pan or kadai add ghee when it melts add poppy seeds and 2 tsp of coconut flakes and fri for 3 min on low flame.
Now add roughly chopped dates and saute frequently for 10 min (u should mash them on pan) , so u get a smooth texture of dates ,turn off stove and leave it for 2- 3 min to cool.
Next take a nonstick paper which is used for making "holige" otherwise u take a transparent plastic cover and keep it on chapathy making board (or wood piece) and cover it tightly , spread little ghee on it , now take the cooked dates on it and roll on using chapathy roller , correct the edges by hand neatly .
Spread the chopped dry fruits on it ,slowly fold it from one side tightly and make it as a pipe structure.
Now sprinkle the little more coconut flakes on it leave for 2 - 3 min.
Now make the slices of khajur barfi (cut according to shape u want , i made 3 verities shapes ) and serve.
Khajur pak is ready to eat. Since my hand was sticky , my 6yr old son took step wise pics , so they r not perfect ,,,,, :)
